They help you learn how to use your resources wisely with the goal of lifelong financial stability. The Daytona College office of Financial Aid is your resource for support and provides essential information to help you build for the future as you apply to the College. We are here to help you make your college decision, and pursue your program of study. Financial Aid will work with you to create a payment plan while attending school or direct you to an appropriate organization that may be able to assist with the costs of college. There are numerous ways to pay for your education and training.
Daytona College is approved by the United States Department of Education for participation in Title IV Federal Student Aid Programs. The following programs are available to students who are enrolled in Daytona College programs of study that meet the minimum requirements for quarter or semester credit and calendar – time length as defined by the United States Department of Education. A person who wishes to apply for financial assistance must meet all eligibility requirements. While the application for financial assistance does not guarantee eligibility, financial aid is available for those who qualify. This program makes funds available to eligible students attending approved post secondary institutions. Undergraduate students who meet the established qualifications enrolled in an eligible program may apply for a Federal Pell Grant.
This program, also known as FWS, is a campus-based program that is administered by the college. Participation in this program is based on specific eligibility requirements and involves student employment under guidance and monitoring by the college.
Students who are enrolled in an eligible program may borrow loan funds to assist with educational expenses. This loan is made directly from the United States Government. This loan must be repaid, whether or not you complete your program of study.

Due to limited availability of funds in the program, not all eligible students may receive the grant.
