We are a member of the Florida State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (FL-SARA), which facilitates the delivery of distance education by Florida institutions.  FL SARA ensures consistent consumer protection practices for students engaged in distance learning activities.  FL SARA is located in the Department of Education building, Tallahassee.

Daytona College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges, ACCSC,  2101 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22201.  ACCSC is a recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education.

Daytona College has been recognized by ACCSC as a 2005, 2009, and 2014-15 School of Distinction.

The Nursing, Associate of Science Degree program has successfully achieved initial accreditation with the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).

We follow the criteria set forth by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to offer Barber Styling/Cosmetology and Full Specialist with Spa Services.

Daytona College is recognized by the National Healthcare Association and students will qualify for selected exams upon graduating.

American Medical Technologists

The Daytona College Medical Assisting program is recognized by the American Medical Technologists (AMT) and students will qualify for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification examination upon graduating from our Medical Assisting program.
